1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Orders

HYK offers a limited range of performance hydration and recovery formulas for endurance athletes. All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3. Payment & Billing

Payments must be submitted through our accepted payment methods and shall be processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or your account and authorize HYK to charge the provided payment method for any such amounts. HYK may cancel or suspend orders if payment cannot be authorized.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, we will attempt to deliver it within a reasonable timeframe, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. HYK is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements in accordance with our Return Policy. Products must be returned in original condition unless damaged or defective. Any shipping or restocking fees will be detailed in our Return Policy.

6. Use of the Site & Restrictions

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reproduce or distribute Site content without permission; (b) use robots, spiders or other automated means to access the Site; (c) interfere with the Site’s security or attempt unauthorized access; (d) harvest or misuse user data. Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, and software is the property of HYK or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Use of the Site does not grant any license to use any HYK intellectual property beyond what is expressly authorized.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HYK MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE OR PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL HYK BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF HYK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
